Volunteer Counseling

Clients that come to the CPC are seeking help and counsel concerning an unplanned pregnancy. The Center provides peer counseling to women and families. We do not employ licensed practicing counselors. To be qualified to become a CPC Counselor you must be:

  • a committed Christian and attending church on a regular basis
  • able to commit 3-4 hours a week for a scheduled shift
  • willing to receive training and leading from the Director and other counselors
  • Pro-Life
  • Over 18 years old
... and you may not be in a sexual relationship outside of marriage.

We will train you and guide you and assist you in your internship. We ask that you pray about counseling and listen closely to what God has called you for. Not all that come are called to counseling, some have a gift in other areas of CPC ministry. Be open to what God has for you!

And remember, GOD DOES NOT CALL THE QUALIFIED, HE QUALIFIES THE CALLED!!!
