A Baby Story...
In a recent newsletter, I told you of a couple that the CPC had done an ultrasound for. The father wanted to abort the baby because it would bring much shame into his family. The mother was in tears as they watched their child jump and kick during the ultrasound. When we asked the father about the Lord he replied back angry "God? Why do I need YOUR God?!" and he stormed out of our building.
Months later, I had the blessing of seeing this couple when they brought their newborn daughter back to visit. Since then, I have had several more visits with them. The father is so in love with this baby he always takes her out of her stroller for me to hold. He says his family has never accepted this child, but His love for her is very clear. He has given me a picture to share of his child and I keep it as a reminder to never lose hope.
